Shipping
Please note that all orders are shipped from our studio, located in Oxford, United Kingdom. Orders can be shipped worldwide, payments are made in GBP (£) and converted to your local currency by your selected payment provider.
Order Preparation
Orders are usually packaged and ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days, some orders might need to be cast up so please allow up to one working week for your order to be dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom so shipping times can vary:
- Orders to the UK generally takes 1 week to arrive after dispatch, but can take up to 2 weeks.
- Orders to Europe generally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive after dispatch, but can take up to 1 month.
- Orders to the rest of the world generally take 1 month to arrive after dispatch, but can take up to 2 months in extreme circumstances.
If you chose tracked shipping then you will be will be sent a link to track your order. 1st class and International Standard orders are not tracked.
Delays
On occasion shipping by Royal Mail might be delayed and outside of our control. Only Royal Mail Tracked 24 and International Tracked orders can be tracked and is always recommended for large orders or should you wish peace of mind to know where your package is.
An order will be considered lost 1 month after the estimated shipping deadline for all orders. If you think your order has been lost or severely delayed please contact us quoting your order number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by based on order size, destination and shipping method. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and shown prior to payment.
Custom Charges
Sales outside of the UK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Custom charges such as Import duty and VAT may need to be paid before being able to take delivery of your order, these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
